About us

MARCINIAK BFC tax advisory company has been continuing the activities of MARCINIAK Tax Services, which was established in 2006, although – taking into account the professional achievements of the partners – the beginnings of the business go back much earlier. Over the years, clients have been recommending us to others and to this day we have been gaining the majority of new orders thanks to recommendations.
 

Growth

Year by year, the range of services on offer has been increasing – and the growing number of clients has been matched by an increase in employment and the company’s own resources. We continually invest in staff, software and equipment. The education and professional qualification of employees is an important focus of the company’s policy. All members of the management board hold Ministry approved certificates of accountants, or are qualified to practise law (tax advisors, lawyers).

Marciniak BFC is a tax advisory company, registered with No. 645 on the KIDP list.

Team of specialists

We employ a team of professionals in various fields: accounting, human resources and employee matters as well as tax consultancy.

The team is headed by Rafał Marciniak – tax advisor (no. 12 341), President of the Management Board of Marciniak BFC Sp. z o.o., certified accountant by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Poland (no. 24608/2008). A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, he is a doctor of economics with a specialisation in accounting. He completed postgraduate studies at the Cracow University of Economics and the Central Institute for Labour Protection in Warsaw, and obtained the ESOL BEC Vantage Certificate from the University of Cambridge. He is a specialist in the application of advanced IT solutions in accounting and tax planning.
